Is Sublime Butter frozen?
We'll ship your Sublime Butter to you fresh, but you can freeze it if you want! It'll keep for a year in the freezer. When you're ready to use it, simply pop it in the fridge the night before and you're all set.
How long does your flavoured butter last?
We make a fresh batch every week, each typically lasting 12 weeks in the fridge. We daresay it doesn't usually hang around this long though.
Is Sublime Butter suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, with the exception of our Truffle butter, which contains animal rennet. All of our products are gluten-free, and apart from milk, contain no allergens.
How do I use flavoured butter?
You can use Sublime flavoured butter in all sorts of ways. Add it to your steaks, rest it on chicken, roast vegetables with it. You can have it on toast, add it to mashed potato or sauces. Anything and everything your regular butter can be used for, you can use Sublime for (but better).
How is Sublime Butter different?
There are some obvious things. Like, we only use the highest ingredients we can find, we minimally process our products for a better flavour and texture and we devise flavours based on what we (as chefs) would want to see in our own kitchens.
Less obvious is why we do what we do. The food biz is packed with misinformation, ultra-processed foods, and cost-saving shortcuts. When we set out to create Sublime, we did so with transparency and authenticity in mind; we want to make the world of food a better place.
