Regional Sales Coordinator
Greetings food lovers and welcome, wholeheartedly, to this job advertisement. At Sublime Butter Ltd, we’re proud to furnish people up and down the United Kingdom with the gift of flavour. An enormous part of this effort occurs via butcheries, delicatessens and farm shops, who purchase our butters en masse, and pass them onto the adoring public in their own characteristic style.
We nurtured this network of stockists from the ground up; it’s the bread and butter of our business. But now, as Sublime is beginning to really hit its stride, the time has come to expand and build this network. And for that, we require your expert assistance.
We're looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator to own and nurture their home region within the UK (e.g. West Midlands). As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive and fruitful relationships with the stockists within your region, in addition to growing this network of stockists using your own business and sales acumen.
As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you’ll be required to truly understand your region; its trends, its preferences, its challenges, and more, with a view to building upon Sublime’s already impressive roster of happy (and sated) distributors. And when you do, you’ll be rewarded handsomely for your hard work. Every time there’s a new sale — whether that’s a new order or a re-order — you’ll be generously compensated. Plus, you’ll be welcome to all the Sublime butter you can eat.
If that wasn’t enough, this role also provides you the freedom to sell to the end consumer; if you know that there’s a popular food fair on your doorstep, and you think local folks will be interested in our product, you’ll have complete license to sell under our name — along with marketing, events and sales support to make that a success.

This role pays the UK living wage, and there's enormous room to earn with commission on every new and recurring sale.
