Were you to look at our inbox, you'd quickly realise that our beloved customers yearn for a sweet butter. So as not to disappoint, we have at long last decided to make one. Although, we may have gotten a bit carried away. 

Classical Deliciousness, Reimagined. 

No. 72 takes all of the robust and powerful flavour of hand-selected dark chocolate, and thoroughly explores its multitude of possibilities. By exploiting the sweet, almond notes of morello cherries, you'll find the chocolate's bitterness pleasingly, gracefully offset. 

Then, the pointed aroma of amaretto disassembles these foundations just a tad, before mellowing out into something altogether more grown-up — all the while, biscotti (from a secret source) provides a surprising but welcome snap. 

Naturally, there is no greater vehicle for these flavours than our oft-cited butter; the necessary throughline of creaminess, fattiness and salinity.
