Is Sublime Butter made in the UK?

Yes, Sublime Butter is made in the UK using traditional methods and minimal processing. We're proud to use Red Tractor-certified dairy from happy British cows, and restaurant-grade ingredients for our flavours.

How should I store Sublime Butter in tropical climates?

Sublime is best kept in your fridge. When you're ready to use it, you can bring it onto the counter a little in advance to make it easier to spread.

Is Sublime Butter suitable for cooking or only spreading?

You can, of course, enjoy Sublime on toast or in sandwiches. But there are a range of other applications too — from baking, resting or general cooking. Try adding it to sauces, resting it on your steak or seafood, or even using No. 1 in Kaya Toast!

How long does it last after opening?

Sublime Butter usually lasts around 12 weeks in the fridge.

Once opened, your product should last up until the Use By date, assuming it is well wrapped. If you are in any doubt, if it looks and smells good, it should be safe to eat.
